    1. Can I view my current PEEHIP coverages online?

    1. Can I view my current PEEHIP coverages online?  [back to top]

      Yes.  Click the View Current Coverages link from the PEEHIP menu to the left of your screen to view the coverage(s) you are enrolled in as of the current date.  Coverage elections made during Open Enrollment that are effective in the future will also be shown upon clicking the tab labeled "Coverage as of October 1".

    2. If I make changes to my coverage during the Open Enrollment period, will the changes that I elected be displayed in the “View Current Coverage” pages?  [back to top]

      Yes.  Any future coverage(s) you enroll in during Open Enrollment will be displayed on the tab labeled "Coverage as of October 1". 

    3. What PEEHIP coverage information will be displayed online?  [back to top]

      Each coverage type that a member and his/her dependents are enrolled in is displayed under descriptively labeled tabs.  A View All tab is also provided that allows a member to view all of the current coverages for which he/she and his/her dependents are enrolled.  The following coverages will be displayed if applicable to the member and/or the member’s dependents:
      • Hospital Medical Plan (Single or Family; FPL if applicable)
      • Optional Coverage Plans (Cancer, Dental, Indemnity, and/or Vision Plans)
      • Flexible Spending Accounts
      • Medicare Information
      • Retiree Other Employer Information
      • Combining of Allocations with a Spouse
      • Other (Non-PEEHIP) Group Insurance

    4. Can I print my current coverage information?  [back to top]

      Yes.  You may print each coverage type separately, or you may select the “View All” tab to print all of your current coverage(s)

    5. How do I view or access the information in the tabs?  [back to top]

      Simply click on the desired tab with your mouse to display the information associated with that coverage type.

    6. Is the Member Online Services System secure?  [back to top]

      Yes.  The Member Online Services system uses security technology to assure the privacy of your transactions. In addition, the login and user authentication areas are designed to assure users that only they can access their information.  Do not give your User ID and Password to others.

    7. One of my dependent’s coverage is showing as “pending”.  What does this mean?  [back to top]

      This means that coverage is in “pending” status and the dependent does not have coverage.  PEEHIP has previously notified the member that certain documentation is needed in order to process the coverage requested for the dependent.  Until the documentation is received and approved by PEEHIP, the dependent will remain in pending status.  A Coverage Pending link is provided on the screen which lists the possible reasons why coverage may be pending.  Contact PEEHIP at 1-877-517-0020.

    8. My demographic and personal contact information is also given in addition to my PEEHIP coverage information.  What do I do if some of this information is not correct?  [back to top]

      If you need to change your address, phone number, email address, or marital status, click the View/Change Contact Information link in the Account Services menu, and make the necessary changes online.  Any corrections needed to your name, social security number, date of birth and employer, the PEEHIP office requires documentation from you before these changes can be made.  Please contact PEEHIP at 1-877-517-0020.
